Bedroom versus Boudoir

At The Paris Apartment, you're the star and your rooms are your backdrop for dramatic encounters. I'll help you find that perfect piece and set your stage. Unlike most decorators, I don't want to redesign your home. I offer advice, ideas and color palettes but each room ultimately should have the essence of its owner. My job is to highlight your personality and let your signature shine in each room.

Consultations

Four walls can become anything from a Beach Retreat to the Halls of Versailles. Together we'll create your personal boudoir, dressing room and bath. At your consultation, we'll go over every aspect of your place so you'll be armed with everything you'll need to get started either with me or on your own. I'll list places to shop, work on your budget, discuss fabrics for curtains, bedding, and accessories. I'll also share my upholsterers and contractors, plus tips on working with what you have. Consultations are $750 in NYC and run about 2 hours. Out of state is an additional charge.

At Your Service

Rearranging: Maximize your space. Sometimes just rearranging and getting another perspective can make a world of difference. We'll work on your closets by organizing and consolidating. We'll rearrange your furniture, showcase collections, create vignettes, and give your place a complete facelift. (5 hours/$1500)
Shopping: We'll hunt for furniture, fabrics and accessories at auctions, fleamarkets, wholesalers, antique and consignment stores. Escorted shopping available in NY, Miami, LA, Paris and London. ($1100 per day/4 hours/includes car and lunch)
Renovation: Our master craftsmen can transform any room from glum to glam by adding crown moldings, wall details, decorative painting and plasters. Adding a little architectural interest to a room will change it completely and define your theme.
